Akinetopsia

In simple terms, akinetopsia is the inability to perceive motion. An object in motion may be perceived as a sequence of frames that follow one another, leaving a blurry trail. This is a relatively rare neuropsychological disorder that can occur as a result of mechanical brain damage.
